Dear Residents,

To help prevent package theft and ensure deliveries are not left unattended in the mailroom for extended periods, Security may collect unattended packages and store them at the Security Desk.

Packages may be picked up at the Security Desk between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Residents may also call 818-209-0540 to arrange a pickup time.

If you do not see your package in the mailroom, please check with the Security Desk, as it may have been moved there for safekeeping.
