Dear Homeowner,

We are excited to share that Comuneo Services will begin managing the Warner West Condominium Association, Inc  effective September 1, 2025. As part of the transition, you may have received an activation email this morning inviting you to set up your homeowner portal through AppFolio. While you are welcome to log in and explore the portal now, please note that payments will not be accepted until September 2nd due to the bank being closed on Labor Day (September 1, 2025). 

In the meantime, we encourage you to set up your autopay in advance so your payments are seamless moving forward. 

There are options available:

Recommended Option: Pacific Premier Bank (Premier Pay)

This is a free service that allows you to set up direct debit payments from your bank account. You can schedule your first payment to begin on or after September 2nd.

AppFolio Autopay

Alternatively, you can also schedule payments via your AppFolio portal. This option may include additional processing fees depending on the payment method selected.

Bill Pay or Check

Submission of traditional paper checks by mail or through your online banking to:
